Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end verification and validation lifecycle for assigned grade control platform products.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams to translate features into acceptance criteria and V&V; objectives.

Assess feature risks and drive risk-based validation planning throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and optimize test strategies across component testing, HIL, software performance validation, and physical machine testing.

Plan, execute, and review validation activities, including test plans, results, design margin testing, exploratory testing, and machine-test time.

Execute and oversee HIL validation using dSPACE, Vector tools, Simulink, and Stateflow.

Design, develop, and maintain automated API verification frameworks using Playwright and Postman.

Innovate machine simulation approaches and conduct environmental, performance, and hands-on machine testing.

Establish V&V; processes, promote DVP&R; and Risk-Based Thinking, and mentor validation engineers and product teams.

Requirements





Experience with end-to-end software verification and validation strategy and execution.

Experience with HIL simulation, machine testing, environmental testing, and software performance validation.

Experience using dSPACE, Vector tools, Simulink, and Stateflow for validation activities.

Experience developing automated API verification frameworks with tools such as Playwright and Postman.

Ability to assess technical and program risks, create thorough test plans, and apply risk-based testing practices.

Ability to collaborate across Product and Development teams and mentor validation engineers.

Experience with AI agentic QA tools and extensive test automation is expected or valued.
