Yext is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement Team. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will be our Source-to-Contract (S2C) Lead, proactively engaging stakeholders to build a sourcing roadmap, executing against it, and supporting the downstream Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) process. You will have the chance to shape our growing Procurement function, helping us evolve into a more strategic business partner.
Source-to-Contract Lead
Proactively partner with key business stakeholders including finance, legal, tech, operations, infrastructure and product teams to understand their current and future strategic plans
Lead commercial negotiations, with a strategic approach to delivering best outcomes including pricing, risk mitigation and flexibility
Act as subject matter expert for procurement and associated processes, guiding business users through the full procurement lifecycle and convey the vision of Procurement's value proposition
Act as first-line support for internal procurement inquiries and escalate as needed
Reporting & Data Analysis




Analyze spend and contract data to identify savings, consolidation opportunities, and supplier risk
Leverage CLM analytics tools to build and maintain contracts and benchmark database
8+ years of stakeholder-facing strategic procurement, commercial contracting, or supplier negotiation experience (Software preferred)

- Experience working in a lean, rapid-moving company where you are responsible for most aspects of the S2C and R2P processes, including negotiating SaaS deals
- Builds trust and influence with all stakeholders, including finance, legal, operations, product, and tech
- Strong analytical skills (Excel), spend analytics and ability to leverage AI tools to simplify work
- Proficiency in Source-to-Pay platforms, CLM and other procurement-related tools (such as Coupa, Ironclad, NetSuite, Zip)
