We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our Yelo sales team as international sales representatives. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, connecting with fresh leads and generating qualified sales opportunities across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with fresh leads assigned on a daily basis and initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers.
2. Conduct outbound calls, emails and follow-ups to engage prospects and generate interest in Yelo.
3. Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate Yelo's product offerings and value proposition.
4. Identify qualified prospects and generate opportunities for product demonstrations.
5. Maintain consistent engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
6. Work towards monthly targets for qualified leads, opportunities, product demos and successful closures.
7. Maintain accurate lead records,



update CRM statuses and track follow-up activities.
8. Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure smooth lead progression and effective pipeline management.

1. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling or lead generation is preferred.
2. Freshers with strong communication skills and an aptitude for sales are welcome to apply.
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging with international prospects.
5. Strong interpersonal, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
6. Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
7. Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
8. Ability to manage daily outreach activities and maintain consistent follow-ups.
9. Comfortable working UK business hours.

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 45,000 - 55,000 /year
