Propteliio is looking for an ambitious, target-driven Real Estate Associate to join our growing team of real estate professionals. This is an end-to-end role for someone who wants to take ownership of the complete property sales cycle — from the first lead interaction to the final deal closure.

You will work closely with experienced professionals, leading property developers, investors, and high-value clients across Hyderabad's growing real estate market.

Understand client requirements, investment objectives, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.

- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment potential.
- Identify and onboard reputed real estate developers and new projects.
- Coordinate on inventory, pricing, offers,



project updates, and channel partner requirements.
- Events, Roadshows & Networking
- Represent Propteliio at property expos, exhibitions, roadshows, and developer events.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and event participation.
- Be open to travelling for property events and business development activities.

Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or investment advisory is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to attend site visits, developer meetings, and property events.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market is an advantage.
