Sitting within a collaborative leadership team, you carry two equally important accountabilities: the direct line management and career development of Platform and Software Engineers, and the senior technical leadership that keeps the team moving forward.What you'll do:- Directly manage the career development, performance, wellbeing, and day to day experience of Engineers.- Work closely with AU Engineering Managers to ensure India-based engineers are effectively integrated into their domain squads.- Champion a blameless, psychologically secure engineering culture within the India team.- Manage the capacity and wellbeing of the India-based team,
