Role Description The Public Relations Specialist contract role is a remote position responsible for shaping and communicating CROWCH's public image and narrative. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and distributing press releases, developing PR campaigns, and maintaining relationships with media outlets and relevant partners. The specialist will coordinate interview opportunities, prepare talking points and briefing materials, and monitor media coverage to identify opportunities and manage risks.



This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align PR messaging with brand strategy, supporting launch-related communications, and tracking PR metrics to refine outreach efforts.

Solid Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.

Proficiency in writing and structuring Press Releases, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and outlets.

Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications abilities, including clear storytelling, message development, and alignment with brand positioning.

Experience with digital PR tools, media monitoring, and analytics platforms, and familiarity with social and content-driven campaigns.

Prior experience in tech, digital platforms, or mission-driven brands is beneficial; agency or startup experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
