We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and hands-on expertise in end-to-end video production, creating high-quality marketing assets and professional videos for our B2B SaaS and AI products.

Graphic Design:
Digital Advertising: Design creatives for LinkedIn Ads, display campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
Social media: Create engaging graphics, carousels, infographics, and visual content for social media.
Website Design: Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and promotional graphics.
Create visuals showcasing PRIME BPM's software features, AI agents, and product capabilities.
Marketing Collateral: Design presentations, brochures, eBooks, case studies, reports, and sales enablement materials.
Campaign Creatives: Develop multiple design variations for A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with approved brand guidelines and visual standards.

Video Production and Editing:
Product Demo Videos: Create skilled software demonstrations showcasing product features, workflows, and AI capabilities.
Explainer Videos: Produce videos that simplify complex BPM, AI, and enterprise software concepts.
Edit customer success stories and testimonial videos that communicate business challenges, solutions, and outcomes.
Promotional Videos: Create product launch videos, feature walkthroughs, webinar videos, and social media clips.




End-to-End Editing: Manage video editing, screen recording, motion graphics, animations, transitions, voiceovers, subtitles, and post-production.
Audio and Visual Quality: Handle audio enhancement, colour correction, branding, and final video formatting.
Content Repurposing: Convert long-form videos into shorter clips for LinkedIn, paid campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.
Translate provided scripts, briefs, and raw footage into polished videos without requiring independent concept development

3–5 years of graphic design and video editing experience

- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Video Editing Tools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software.
- Graphic Design: Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Video Production: Demonstrated ability to produce professional product demos, explainer videos, and customer case studies.
- Motion Graphics: Experience creating animations, transitions, text effects, and other motion graphics.
- Ability to record and edit software walkthroughs with clear annotations and visual callouts.
- Marketing Understanding: Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, social media formats, and B2B marketing requirements.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple creative projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
