In this role, you will define and implement modern test architecture, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled quality engineering strategies for enterprise software products and platforms.If you are passionate about software quality, test automation, and emerging AI technologies, we would love to connect with you!Responsibilities :- Define and implement test architecture and quality engineering strategies for enterprise software products, platforms, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.- Design comprehensive testing approaches covering functional, API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.- Develop scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent tools.- Design test orchestration solutions covering parallel execution, test environments, test data, cross-browser testing,



and automated reporting.- Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines, supporting shift-left and continuous testing practices.- Apply GenAI and LLM-assisted testing, including prompt and context engineering for test generation, test data creation, test automation, and test documentation.- Use AI for test-result summarization, test failure analysis, defect triaging, defect classification, and root-cause analysis.- Establish quality metrics, automation standards, governance practices, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring engineering and testing teams.Requirements:- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field.- 8 + years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, or test architecture.- Proven experience designing test strategies and architectures for enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent test automation technologies.- Experience building scalable automation frameworks and integrating automated testing into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.- Strong understanding of functional, API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, including test orchestration and test data management.- Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM-assisted testing, prompt and context engineering, AI-generated test artifacts, test-result analysis, defect triaging, and root-cause analysis.- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, along with strong English communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
