Role Description The Sales Executive will work on-site in the Pune District in a full-time capacity, focusing on identifying and acquiring new clients for Technobuzz Systems' software, CRM, AI, and digital solutions. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will also nurture existing client relationships, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, and track sales performance against targets. Regular market research, competitor analysis,



and participation in events or outreach activities are expected to support business growth.

Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management, with experience in selling software or IT services.

Ability to understand and communicate concepts related to custom software development, CRM solutions, web and mobile applications, and AI or automation services.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, presentation software, and productivity applications to manage pipelines and client communications.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including basic market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting is highly beneficial; Comfort working in office, collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams, and meeting defined sales targets and deadlines.
