About the Role- We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions in a quick-paced advertising, creative or production environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable managing high-volume hiring requirements while balancing speed, quality and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, a keen understanding of talent markets, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of hiring mandates, works with a sense of urgency and consistently delivers against recruitment priorities.

End-to-End Recruitment: Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing to selection, offer management and onboarding coordination.

Proactive Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and other sourcing channels.

Quality of Hire: Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, role suitability and cultural alignment to ensure quality shortlists and effective hiring outcomes.

Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication, smooth interview coordination and a professional, positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Employee Referral Programme: Recruitment Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, pipeline health, interview conversions, offer status, joining ratios and turnaround time.





Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen the organisation's employer brand and attract relevant talent.

Identify recruitment challenges, recommend practical solutions and improve sourcing strategies, hiring efficiency and overall delivery.

5–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an advertising agency, creative, digital, marketing or production environment.

A strong track record of delivering against hiring timelines and recruitment targets.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday or other recruitment tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use recruitment data to track progress, identify gaps and improve outcomes.

Quality and relevance of shortlisted candidates.
Healthy talent pipelines and proactive follow-up on critical requirements.

Accurate recruitment reporting and consistent delivery against hiring priorities.
