Job Description – Key Account Manager (Sales – EDC) Role & Responsibilities:

Acquire current merchants and onboard retailers for EDC/POS machine sales.

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing merchants.

Promote and sell EDC/POS payment solutions to businesses.

Drive merchant activation and increase transaction volumes.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Handle merchant queries and coordinate for smooth service support.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the merchant network.

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in field sales, fintech, banking or EDC/POS sales.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Strong merchant relationship management skills.

Willingness to work in the field.
