Role Overview

Manage and coordinate day-to-day HR activities while supporting employees and internal teams across the organisation. As an HR Executive, the role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and employee communication. The position requires good interpersonal skills, effective coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in an organised manner.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups

Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and required documentation

Maintain employee records, attendance details, leave records, and other HR documentation

Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace requirements

Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal HR initiatives

Prepare HR reports, trackers,



and other documents required for daily HR operations

Coordinate with different departments on employee-related matters and follow up on pending requirements

Assist with payroll-related activities by maintaining accurate attendance and leave information

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR or a similar role

Valuable knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, and basic HR practices

Strong communication skills in English with good interpersonal abilities

Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to handle employee information and HR records with confidentiality
