Role Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Trainee to support our marketing and business development initiatives.
The role involves identifying potential clients, building targeted prospect lists, executing email marketing campaigns, conducting LinkedIn outreach, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in lead generation or outbound marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential business leads through online research and prospecting.
List Building: Develop and maintain accurate databases of target companies, decision-makers, and prospects.
Email Marketing: Execute targeted email campaigns, manage follow-ups, and track campaign performance.
LinkedIn Outreach: Lead Management: Maintain accurate lead records and outreach activities using spreadsheets and CRM tools.




Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach results, response rates, and appointment conversion metrics.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or B2B marketing.

- Hands-on experience with prospect research and database building.
- Familiarity with email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
