AIRES is an India-first sports performance and lifestyle brand focused on creating products specifically engineered for Indian athletes and design-conscious consumers. The brand operates two divisions: AIRES Performance, which designs sport-specific footwear tailored to Indian body types, playing conditions, and climate, and AIRES Lifestyle, which applies the same design rigor to everyday sneakers with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. AIRES also supports athletes through programs for professionals, emerging talent, and grassroots players facing economic challenges. Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, AIRES is dedicated to performance and design that reflect how India actually plays, moves, and lives.

We are looking for an intermediate Graphic Designer to join our in-house team as we head into launch. You will support the design team across social media, packaging, presentations and website assets, keeping every touchpoint consistent with the AIRES brand system.
This role suits a designer who is comfortable with both static and motion work, moves quickly, and can start right away.

Design social media content, including reels, posts and stories, for Instagram and other brand channels
Edit and animate short-form video, from cut-downs and motion graphics to text animation for reels
Assist with packaging design, including shoe boxes, tags, inserts and labels, and prepare print-ready files
Design internal and external presentations,



pitch decks and brand documents
Create website assets such as banners, product graphics, landing page visuals and email creatives
Adapt master campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes across platforms
Follow the AIRES brand guidelines on colour, typography and logo use in every output
Work with the brand, marketing and product teams to turn briefs into finished designs on tight timelines
Take feedback, iterate quickly and keep design files organised and properly versioned

2+ years of qualified graphic design experience, in-house or at an agency

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proven experience in both static and video design
- Working knowledge of Canva for quick-turn content
- Understanding of social media formats, sizes and current content trends
- Ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines
- A portfolio showing social media, video and brand or packaging work
- Available to join immediately

Experience with Figma for UI, web and collaborative design work
Exposure to footwear, apparel, sportswear or lifestyle brands
Interest in sport, sneaker culture and streetwear
