We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of our web applications. Provide technical support for web applications to internal teams and external clients.
Diagnose and resolve application issues, including performance, configuration, and integration problems.
Assist with deployments, patches, and version upgrades as needed.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS).
Familiarity with web servers, APIs, and database systems (SQL).
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and incident management.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and troubleshooting.
Meaningful work on projects that directly enhance how we operate and serve users

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
