A brand's Instagram is its shopfront, and you're the one who keeps it open.

At Okay Done, our Content Strategists crack the ideas and write the copy. Our production team makes the content. You're the one who makes it all actually happen: planning what goes out and when, getting it made on time, publishing it, managing the community, and knowing exactly what's working.

You'll handle a set of brands end to end. This is a full-time, in-office role in Bengaluru.

Build and own monthly content calendars for each brand, in line with the direction the Content Strategists set.

- Keep every deliverable on track, from brief to production to approval to publishing.
- Make sure nothing goes live late, off brand, or with a typo.

Publish across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and wherever the brand lives.
• Manage the community: replies, DMs, comments, and the occasional angry customer.

Spot trends, audios,



and moments early, and flag them to the strategists while they're still fresh.
• Push for reactive content when a moment is right for a brand, and move rapid when it is.

Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth for every brand.

- Work with Content Strategists, designers, editors, videographers, and Account Managers every day.
- Be the person everyone trusts to know exactly where every piece of content stands.

2+ years managing social media for brands, ideally at an agency. You've run real brand pages, not just your personal account.

- You live online and know what's happening on the internet today, not last month.
- You can juggle multiple brands without dropping a single deliverable.
- Kannada is a plus.

You'll run pages for brands people actually talk about.

- Shoots, sets, launches, and the occasional work trip to some of the finest resorts in the country.
- A clear path to Senior Social Media Manager and Group Head.
- A team that lives online, eats well, and roasts each other often.
