We are looking for 8+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst with P and C Insurance Domain experience. 8 + years of Experience as Business Analyst and working experience in P and C Insurance domain.

- Understanding of claims systems /process is not mandatory but would be preferable.
- Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for business.
- Understanding of Insurance business processes.
- Robust understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies.
- Should have experience in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.

BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems.





Data validation and testing.

Data governance related work.

Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work.

A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.

Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech, MBA or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
