Design and own data architecture, data models, and ETL pipelines that power reporting and analytics.
Build and maintain data transformations and workflow orchestration on AWS.
Design and develop BI dashboards and reports that translate data into clear business insights.
Solve complex data and technology problems in rapid-paced production environments.
Work with relational databases: schema design, scalability, and performant SQL.
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work in Agile cycles (Scrum / Kanban) tracked in JIRA.
5-7 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on data architecture, ETL, BI, and analytics.

- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Strong relational database skills: schema design, scalability, and SQL for querying and extracting data.
- Solid understanding of ETL,



data structures, metadata management, and workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain data insights and technical approaches to non-technical audiences.
- S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: healthcare industry experience, with familiarity with HIPAA, SOC, and HITRUST compliance.
