About the job
As an HR manager at Talent Shine, you will lead end-to-end human resources functions to support our growing education and placement-driven organisation. Your role will be central to building a strong, motivated team that drives Talent Shine's mission of creating brighter career futures.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the complete recruitment cycle for trainers, BDMs, interns, and support staff
2. Handling employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities
3. Maintaining HR policies, attendance, leave, and performance management systems
4. Coordinating payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.), and employee records
5. Supporting team development, training coordination, and culture-building initiatives
6. Resolving employee grievances and ensuring a positive, growth-oriented work environment
7. Working closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business expansion goals Skill(s) required
