Under limited supervision, responsible for generating metrics and other reports to the business on time with accuracy in data. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Identify trends or patterns in data sets. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading process transitions, driving transformational initiatives, and delivering impactful training programs. Leveraging your expertise, you will support data-driven decision-making within the team and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with team leaders and managers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing processes, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced excel reporting, Qlik, Power BI, Power Apps, and process improvements or worked as Reporting Analyst for a minimum of 2 years.

Design, develop, and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and data models to deliver accurate, actionable, and timely insights to stakeholders.

- Leverage tools such as Excel macros, Power Apps, Power Automate, and BI platforms to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Create intuitive and visually compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to effectively communicate insights.




- Ensure robust data governance by implementing best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation, quality checks, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT-to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials, and conduct enablement sessions to promote effective use of reporting tools and self-service analytics.
- Perform trend analysis and forecasting to support business planning, uncovering patterns, risks, and opportunities from historical data
- Mentor and coach Analysts and Specialists, providing guidance to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Participate actively in data governance initiatives to ensure adherence to data standards and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong process orientation, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across projects and functions.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to gather, structure, analyze,



and interpret large volumes of data.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver process improvements with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data analysis and reporting.
