Role Summary

We are hiring an FP&A; Team Lead to manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will analyze financial trends, build models and give management accurate, timely recommendations for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditure
- Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze the causes of unexpected variances
- Oversee and develop budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Implement and work with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reports
- Evaluate processes to improve performance, drive efficiencies and understand ROI on marketing programs, pricing, new rollouts and new projects
- Build financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and give management accurate, timely recommendations
- Support the senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis

Education

- Post graduate in Accounting or Finance
- CA / CPA highly preferred





Skills and Competencies

- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Result orientation and positive domain expertise
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Language requirement: English, French, German
- Understanding of Oracle is a plus
