Compensation: By The Mountain is India's fastest growing cold-pressed juice brand. Our fruit is grown in Himalayan orchards at around 7,000 ft and pressed at the source, with no added sugar, no preservatives, and no concentrates. We sell through premium retail, quick commerce, institutional channels, and direct-to-consumer at bythemountain.You will own sales and distribution for By The Mountain in the tr- city region This is a ground-level role: you will open accounts, build retailer and distributor relationships, and grow the brand's presence in the region.

Drive revenue and distribution growth across modern trade, premium retail, and quick commerce
Identify, pitch, and onboard current retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts
Develop B2B accounts in hotels, restaurants, pharmacies, schools, gyms, and fitness clubs
Manage relationships with store buyers, category managers, and distributor partners
Ensure product availability, shelf placement, and visibility at outlets
Track sales, stock rotation, and secondary sales,



and coordinate with the supply and operations team on replenishment
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends, and share regional insights with the Sales Head
Meet monthly and quarterly sales and distribution targets
Report on pipeline, account status, and performance every week

8+years of sales experience in FMCG, F&B;, or beverages; Proven record of onboarding retailers or distributors and growing accounts
Existing relationships with retail buyers, distributors, or institutional accounts .
Comfortable with field work, store visits, and shelf audits
Working knowledge of Excel and sales reporting
Fluency in English and Hindi; Local language is an advantage
Graduate in any discipline; MBA is a plus
Own vehicle or willingness to travel within the region
