About the Role

We are looking for an HR-Ops Supplier Invoicing Specialist to provide supplier vendor and invoicing support services to onshore employees. The role requires a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and a strong focus on customer service across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform invoice processing and generating purchase orders

- Handle various payment reconciliation activities

- Manage funding

- Support audit activities for multiple geographies

- Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports

- Interact with employees and vendors and process invoicing requests

- Deliver effective training sessions as required

- Work on deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Experience Required

- Overall work experience of 4 to 7 years within AP / AR with minimum 4 years of experience in processing invoices

- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba (invoicing processing platform) is required

- Working experience of Altair, Cartus, Ariba vendors / platforms

- Working experience of 4 to 6 years for US geographies





- Knowledge of reconciliation activities and reports

- Strong email and voice communication skills

Skill Set

- F&A; domain experience (AP / AR) for US / North America

- Good understanding of SAP Ariba, Wire tool, No PO Tool

- Robust communication, problem solving, and resolution skills

- Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good organizational skills

- Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying a logical approach

Formal Education & Certification

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline

- Basic computer knowledge required (MS Office Applications)

Working Conditions

- Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines

- Ability to work 24x7 shift timings
