About the job
As a business development specialist at Zell Education, you'll build prospective relationships through thoughtful sales conversations, help people understand how Zell Education may meet their needs, and support the team in developing recent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to prospective contacts by phone and other approved channels, introducing Zell Education clearly and professionally.
2. Ask focused questions to understand each contact's interests, priorities, and readiness to take the next step.
3. Explain relevant information about Zell Education in confident, fluent spoken English, adapting your conversation to the person you're speaking with.
4. Follow up on enquiries and earlier conversations, keeping communication timely, useful, and courteous.
5. Record interactions, contact details, and agreed next steps accurately in the team's tracking systems.
6. Coordinate with colleagues to share prospect updates and ensure follow-ups or handovers happen smoothly.
7. Review your sales activity and results with your manager,



using feedback to strengthen your conversations and follow-through. Skill(s) required
