Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Team Lead to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting. The role involves analysing financial performance, identifying business trends, and providing actionable financial insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyse revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditure trends.

- Monitor financial performance and investigate unexpected variances.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and financial models.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.

- Develop dashboards and support business intelligence reporting.





- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare financial analysis and recommendations for management.

- Support senior management and department heads with financial insights.

Required Skills :

- Strong FP&A; and financial planning knowledge.

- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

- Financial analysis and variance analysis.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Good domain expertise and result orientation.

- English communication skills.
