Job Description :

We are hiring experienced International Voice Process professionals for Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Technical Support Representative (TSR) positions. Candidates will be evaluated and assigned to the appropriate role based on their communication skills, CV, and technical experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle international customer interactions through voice and chat.

- Resolve customer queries and ensure first-call resolution.

- Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance, depending on the assigned role.

- Communicate professionally with global customers.

- Identify customer concerns through active listening and effective questioning.

- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

- Troubleshoot customer issues using product knowledge and reference materials.





- Meet operational targets, KPIs, and service-level requirements.

Required Skills :

- Mandatory International Voice Process experience.

- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher; C1 preferred).

- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

- Good analytical and diagnostic skills.

- Ability to manage customer concerns and escalations professionally.

- Technical troubleshooting experience for TSR opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Graduation is compulsory.

- Relevant experience of at least 18 months is mentioned for undergraduate candidates in the source criteria; eligibility requires confirmation.
