KLAY Preschool & Day Care is hiring for a Marketing Associate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential local markets and plan on-ground marketing activities.
- Execute outdoor branding initiatives, including pole boards, banners, direction boards, and society/mall branding.
- Organise BTL promotional activities at apartment societies, malls, and retail outlets.
- Build brand partnerships and sponsorships to reach the right parent audience.
- Plan and execute parent-focused events at KLAY centres and residential communities.
- Develop partnerships with K–12 schools to generate demand for after-school programs.
- Coordinate centre branding, printing, installation, and visual merchandise with local vendors.
- Manage enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, qualify leads, and coordinate with Admission Counsellors for follow-up.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in ATL/BTL marketing, field marketing, brand activations, events, or local demand generation.
- Solid communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented professional comfortable with field visits and local travel.
