Role : Teamcenter Technical LeadExperience : 6+ yearsEmployment type : PermanentPreferred Location : Bangalore/PuneBudget : 20 - 25 LPAWe are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of Teamcenter solutions. The candidate will lead a team of developers and consultants, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure successful deployment and optimization of PLM solutions aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Teamcenter solutions.- Provide technical leadership for Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, and integrations.- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT to understand PLM requirements.- Manage Teamcenter architecture, customization, and data model configuration.- Lead development activities using Teamcenter ITK, SOA, AWC, and BMIDE.- Oversee system integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, CAD tools, and other enterprise applications.- Guide team members on best practices, coding standards, and system performance optimization.- Support release management, deployment, and environment configuration.- Troubleshoot complex Teamcenter issues and system performance challenges.- Participate in client discussions,



solution design, and technical documentation.- Mentor junior developers and coordinate development activities.Required Skills & Experience : - 6+ years of experience in PLM implementation with strong expertise in Teamcenter.- Hands-on experience with : 1. Teamcenter ITK2. BMIDE customization3. Active Workspace (AWC)4. SOA services5. Workflow & Data Model configuration- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and deployments.- Knowledge of CAD integrations such as NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA.- Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems like SAP.- Solid understanding of PLM architecture and product lifecycle processes.- Experience leading development teams and coordinating with stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Teamcenter 4-tier architecture.- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering domains.- Certification in Siemens Teamcenter is a plus.Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Interested?
