*Job Description:*

We are looking for Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Freshers) to join our Finance & Accounting team as Finance Analyst / R2R Analyst in Gurgaon.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting month-end closing activities, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

This is an excellent chance for CA Freshers looking to build a career in Financial Accounting and Record-to-Report domain.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities

- Preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and provisions

- Performing balance sheet reconciliations

- Preparation of financial statements, P&L; and Balance Sheet reporting





- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards - Ind AS / IFRS

- Support internal and external audit requirements

- Strengthening internal controls and financial processes

- Working on MS Excel for reporting and analysis

*Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:*

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Fresher eligible

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and General Ledger Accounting

- Good understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) process

- Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, provisions

- Understanding of financial statements, P&L;, Balance Sheet

- Knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS / IFRS)

- Knowledge of Auditing and Internal Controls

- Working knowledge of MS Excel

- Good communication skills

- Willingness to work from office in Gurgaon
