Job Overview

We are seeking confident and result-oriented International Customer Experience Associates to manage global customer interactions through voice and chat support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, improving customer retention, and driving revenue through consultative cross-selling and upselling.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication, solid customer engagement skills, and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound international customer calls and provide professional customer assistance.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products, services, and subscription plans.

- Drive cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and customer retention opportunities.

- Assist customers with billing, invoices, refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes.

- Educate customers about product features, premium plans, add-ons, and upgrades.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a customer-first approach.





- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase product adoption.

- Maintain accurate interaction records and follow up on pending customer cases.

- Meet or exceed sales conversion, customer satisfaction, quality, and operational KPIs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory experience in an international voice process.

- Excellent English communication skills (B2 minimum; C1 preferred).

- Previous experience in cross-selling and upselling is required.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

- Ability to handle objections and manage difficult customer conversations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic understanding of software subscriptions and technology products is preferred.

- Graduation is mandatory.

- Immediate joiners only.

Work Requirements

- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office.

- Must be target-oriented and flexible with business requirements.

- Maximum salary budget: ₹7 LPA.
