Job Details

- Job Title: International Customer Support Executive

- Location: Hyderabad

- Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

- Experience: International Voice Process experience mandatory

- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

- Education: Graduation Mandatory

- Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Mandatory Requirements

- Prior experience in an International Voice Process is a must.

- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or above).

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Experience in customer handling and query resolution.

- Hands-on experience in cross-selling and upselling.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through voice and chat.

- Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure First Call Resolution (FCR).

- Assist customers with subscriptions, billing, refunds, cancellations, and account-related queries.

- Support customers with software installation, activation, and troubleshooting.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention.





- Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.

- Troubleshoot technical issues across Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS.

- Deliver excellent customer experiences while achieving business targets.

⭐ Good to Have

- Experience in SaaS / Software / Technical Support.

- Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS troubleshooting.

- Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms.

- Exposure to international customer service and consultative selling.
