We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with solid expertise in Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination between business, risk, and technology teams.Key Responsibilities :- Lead project governance activities, including steering committees, working groups, project plans, and status reporting.- Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.- Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, Trading,



and Technology teams.- Track project progress and maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.- Support strategic initiatives related to Capital Markets and Front Office Risk.- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets project management.- Strong experience in Project Management with exposure to Business Analysis.- Hands-on experience in Front Office Risk projects.- Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, risk management processes, and risk frameworks.- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.- Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.- Experience working with global investment banks or financial institutions is preferred.- PMP certification is an added advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile :- Experience working with Front Office, Trading, Market Risk, or Risk Change teams.- Exposure to investment banking or global markets environments.- Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.- Immediate to 30 days' notice period preferred.- Work Location : In person (ref:hirist.tech)
