Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support global recruitment and interview coordination activities. The successful candidate will manage interview calendars, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, and ensure efficient execution of recruitment scheduling processes.

Key Accountabilities

- Manage interview scheduling activities for US/UK and other international recruitment teams.

- Coordinate interview slots across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars.

- Send interview invitations, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications.

- Work closely with recruiters, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.

- Maintain and update interview calendars and recruitment scheduling trackers.

- Address scheduling issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare regular status reports and provide updates to stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate candidate and interview-related information.





- Support continuous improvement in interview scheduling processes and candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.

- 4–8 years of overall work experience, with relevant interview scheduling experience.

- Prior exposure to international recruitment operations is required.

- US recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Experience

- HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.

- Recruitment coordination in a shared services or GBS environment.

- Interview scheduling automation platforms.

- Familiarity with US employment practices and compliance requirements.

- Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

- PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.

- Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts (6 PM–4 AM or 7 PM–5 AM IST).
