*About The Role:*

We are hiring a *Team Lead - P2P Quality* for our Pune location. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end Accounts Payable process and Quality Control operations. You will be responsible for leading quality initiatives, ensuring adherence to CTQs, and driving process improvements across P2P operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations for P2P

- Strong understanding of end-to-end cycle of Accounts Payable - Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master and T&E;

- Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements

- Ensure daily audits are performed and reported to internal and external stakeholders

- Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective & preventive actions

- Prepare RCAs and 5 Whys analysis for errors with strong preventive action plan

- Ensure all team deliverables are completed on time and compliant with relevant standards and policies





- Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets

- Identify process gaps and drive improvement opportunities

- Handle internal reporting and adherence to SLAs

- Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Team TAT and Accuracy

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- 7-10 Years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable Quality

- Strong knowledge of Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master, T&E;

- Experience in Quality Control, Audits, RCA, 5 Whys

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills at all levels

- Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills

- Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to process improvement

- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes

- Knowledge of ERPs - SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel

*Good To Have:*

- / Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting

- 0-7 years of qualified experience in Accounts Payables domain
