Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced UK Payroll Team Lead / SME to manage end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, handle complex payroll activities, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing.

- Handle PAYE, National Insurance, RTI, statutory payments, and HMRC submissions.

- Manage payroll reconciliations, audits, adjustments, and exceptions.

- Support workplace pensions and automatic enrolment.

- Coordinate team activities, quality checks, and workload allocation.

- Coach payroll associates and provide technical guidance.





- Support year-end activities, including P60 and P11D.

- Drive process improvements and payroll automation.

Required Skills :

- 5–7 years of UK payroll experience.

- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, RTI, and National Insurance.

- Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation.

- Team coordination, quality monitoring, and coaching.

- Workday Payroll or similar payroll systems.

- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
