About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking Fabrication Helper to support our fabrication team in the workshop. You will assist welders and fitters with preparing, assembling, and finishing metal products.
Responsibilities
- Assist welders and fabricators in cutting, bending, drilling, and assembling metal parts
- Measure and mark materials as per drawings or instructions
- Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces
- Move and arrange materials, tools, and finished products safely
- Keep the workshop clean and organized
- Follow all safety rules and use protective equipment (gloves, goggles, helmet, etc.)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fabrication or welding workshop preferred, but freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools (grinder, drill, cutter)
- Ability to read simple measurements (tape, scale)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Education: [10th pass / ITI preferred].
