- Direct Vendor Coordination: Deal directly with hotels and cab vendors—no third-party platforms involved.
- Payment & Billing: Manage end-to-end payment processing, invoice generation, and client billing reconciliation.
- Travel Operations Support: Handle last-minute modifications, cancellations, and emergency travel needs promptly.
- Vendor Relationship: Negotiate competitive rates and maintain solid direct vendor networks.
