As we expand our digital presence and automate our legal/compliance processes, we are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and tech-savvy Web Developer & Technical Research Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an all-round Web Developer who is not only skilled in building and testing functional, responsive websites but also eager to conduct technical research and explore modern tools. The ideal candidate must be punctual, dependable, eager to learn, and willing to work closely under direction to meet firm standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Web Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and deploy clean, fast, and responsive websites for legal, advisory, and compliance platforms.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Test web pages, forms, and workflows across devices and browsers to ensure zero downtime, responsiveness, and error-free operation.
- Technical Research & Learning: Actively research new tools, APIs, frameworks, and modern technologies as required to improve our digital and workflow solutions.
- Ad-hoc Technical Support: Support internal digital tasks, updates, backups, and documentation.
- Collaboration & Discipline: Follow project guidelines closely,



report progress regularly, and meet strict project deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with modern web stacks, frameworks, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Next.js, or similar), and web hosting/deployment.
- Basic knowledge of website debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Key Soft Skills & Work Ethic (Essential):
- Integrity & Trustworthiness: High degree of honesty and confidentiality, as you will be dealing with firm assets and confidential legal/client workflows.
- Punctuality & Discipline: Consistent adherence to work hours, scheduled meetings, and delivery deadlines.
- Coachability & Willingness to Learn: Open to guidance, eager to pick up new technologies, and proactive in solving technical problems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi / Assamese.
