Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and expand our solar rooftop business across Jharkhand under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating customer leads, managing the sales team, building channel partnerships, and achieving solar installation targets across assigned districts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote residential rooftop solar installations across Jharkhand.
- Lead and manage field marketing executives, sales representatives, and lead-generation teams.
- Generate qualified customer leads through door-to-door marketing, local campaigns, digital marketing, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Develop relationships with district-level partners, dealers, electricians, local influencers, and other business associates.
- Promote the benefits of the PM Surya Ghar scheme and explain applicable subsidy eligibility and installation procedures to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across Jharkhand.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, customer meetings, solar awareness programmes, and local events.
- Monitor daily lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, sales performance, and installation progress.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly marketing reports and achieve assigned sales and installation targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, FMCG, telecom, or other field-sales sectors.
- Freshers with strong leadership, communication, and field-marketing skills may also be considered for suitable roles.
- Good communication, negotiation, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand.
- Knowledge of Hindi is essential; knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.
- A valid driving licence and personal two-wheeler will be preferred.
