JOB LOCATIONS:

OPEN POSITIONS:

Steward / Waiter

- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers welcome)

- Role: Greet guests, take orders, serve food/beverages, and maintain dining table cleanliness.

Captain / Senior Steward

- Experience: 2–3 Years in café/casual dining

- Role: Supervise floor service, suggest & upsell menu items, handle guest feedback, and guide junior stewards.

Shift Manager

- Experience: 2–4 Years (Min. 1 year supervisory)

- Role: Run shift operations, assign floor duties, coordinate with kitchen, manage POS billing & cash closures.





Assistant Restaurant Manager (AM)

- Experience: 3–5 Years with leadership background

- Role: Assist RM with daily floor supervision, staff training, stock par levels, wastage control, and guest escalations.

Restaurant Manager (RM)

- Experience: 5+ Years (Min. 2 years as RM)

- Role: Full café operations, sales targets, P&L; management, hiring/scheduling, SOP enforcement, and food safety standards.
