About the Company

Matrix Group is an established IT and electronics distribution and retail organization operating since 1999. We distribute leading brands including Lenovo, ASUS, Dell, MSI, Canon, Xiaomi, and Tata Stryder, along with other IT products and accessories.

We are looking for a responsible, accurate, and efficient Warehouse Billing Executive to handle day-to-day distributor billing, inventory coordination, and dispatch-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Distributor Billing & Invoicing

- Prepare accurate GST sales invoices for wholesale and dealer orders using Tally.
- Process orders received from the sales team and authorized dealers.
- Verify product models, quantities, prices, discounts, and applicable schemes before billing.
- Ensure correct GST details, customer information, and billing particulars.

2. Inventory & Stock Verification

- Check stock availability before generating invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for correct product picking and packing.
- Verify product model numbers, serial numbers, and quantities wherever applicable.
- Ensure billed quantities match physically dispatched goods.
- Assist with stock reconciliation and identification of stock discrepancies.

3. Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of dealer orders.




- Prepare and verify delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners.
- Ensure proper invoice and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of pending, billed, and dispatched orders.

4. Billing Accuracy & Controls

- Ensure no incorrect pricing, duplicate billing, or unauthorized discounts.
- Follow approved billing procedures and credit-limit instructions.
- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain daily billing and dispatch records.
- Report pending orders, billing issues, and stock shortages to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in billing, preferably in wholesale distribution, trading, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Tally Prime or Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of GST invoicing and e-way bills.
- knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Valuable typing speed
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy distribution warehouse.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in electronics, mobile, FMCG, or other distribution businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
