Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month for the first 3 months and ₹12,000 per month for the next 3 months.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in social media marketing, content creation, and digital brand promotion.

This is a 6-month paid internship designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing activities. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, creativity, and a willingness to learn may be considered for a permanent position after successfully completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, creatives, stories, and promotional content.
- Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, and promotional videos.
- Develop creative content ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the business.
- Support social media marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor post engagement, reach, and other social media performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent branding and quality across all social media content.
- Coordinate with the team to execute marketing activities and meet deadlines.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
- Knowledge of image creation and basic short-video editing.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for visual presentation.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to come up with fresh content ideas and follow current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience is not mandatory; freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome to apply.

Internship Stipend Structure

- Months 1–3: ₹10,000 per month.
- Months 4–6: ₹12,000 per month, subject to satisfactory performance and progress during the training period.

Permanent Employment Opportunity

After successfully completing the 6-month internship, candidates may be considered for a permanent position based on their overall performance, learning progress, creativity, consistency, and contribution to the company.

Work Location

Bilekahalli, Bangalore (Near BTM Layout).
