Job Overview:

Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin Veg Restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across its outlets in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth restaurant functioning, high service standards, staff efficiency, cost control, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality service.

Maintain cleanliness, food quality, hygiene, and operational standards across outlets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.

Staff Management

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline.

Train, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and vendor coordination.

Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses to maintain profitability.

Review sales, expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies.

Customer Service & Satisfaction





Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Handle complaints promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.

Monitor service quality to maintain brand reputation.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Track outlet performance, sales targets, and business growth opportunities.

Coordinate with management on operational improvements and planning.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Experience in multi-outlet restaurant operations is preferred.

Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and customer service.

Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges.

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Experience managing multiple outlets will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
