Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our printing services, generate new business opportunities, and develop long-term relationships with customers.

The candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling our Digital Printing, Offset Printing, CTP Plate Making, and Photobook Printing services to potential clients, including printing presses, advertising agencies, photographers, photo studios, publishers, corporate companies, and other businesses.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to customer acquisition, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new customers to generate business for digital printing, offset printing, CTP plate making, and photobook printing services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with printing presses, commercial printers, publishers, photographers, photo studios, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client visits, cold calls, follow-ups, and meetings to generate printing orders.
- Understand customer requirements, including printing specifications, paper quality, quantities, finishing, binding, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on inquiries, and convert quotations into confirmed orders.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Promote photobook printing services to wedding photographers, professional photo studios, album designers, and photography businesses.
- Develop business opportunities for CTP plate making and offset printing services among commercial printing presses and publishers.




- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, lead records, and order follow-up details.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in printing, packaging, publishing, photography, or a related B2B sales industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to identify current customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Basic understanding of printing processes, paper types, printing specifications, and finishing is preferred.
- Ability to prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and customer data management.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

- Sales-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting new customers.
- Capable of developing business from existing and new markets.
- Focused on customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and revenue growth.
- Experience in selling printing services or working with printing presses will be an added advantage.
