Looking for remote email marketing jobs in India? Aureate Labs is hiring an Email Marketer to own email strategy for D2C clients. You will plan customer journeys, segment audiences, build campaigns and automations in Klaviyo and HubSpot, and revenue report, not just opens.

You will work with a team of 60+ people that has supported 300+ companies over 10+ years. Our email marketing services cover strategy, flows, campaigns and reporting, so you work alongside content, design and sales.

What We Want You to Do

- Strategy and planning: own D2C email strategy and build lifecycle plans for acquisition, engagement and retention. Manage the email calendar, segmentation and personalization.
- Campaign execution: build and send campaigns, sequences and workflows in Klaviyo and HubSpot. Manage lists and A/B tests, and create copy and layouts that follow brand guidelines.
- AI-assisted marketing: use AI for drafting, subject-line testing, creative variations, and segmentation insights. Evaluate current AI and email tools.
- Analytics and optimization: track open rate, CTR, bounce rate and conversions. Run A/B tests and turn the data into next steps.
- Compliance and collaboration: follow email best practices and regulations, including CAN-SPAM for the US and GDPR for the EU and UK. Coordinate with content, design and sales.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on email marketing experience with measurable results.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of email strategy with an eCommerce focus.
- Experience with segmentation, list management and lead nurturing.
- Understanding of deliverability, A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Comfort using AI tools for copy, testing and data analysis.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- HTML and CSS for email formatting is a plus.
