- Must have 4+ years experience.
- Restaurant Floor Management: Take orders accurately and input them directly into the POS system, handle service staff and make sure order is taken in time
- Payment Processing: Manage guest bills, split checks accurately, and handle daily cash closings.
- Greeting & Seating guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Menu Consultation: Offer recommendations on dishes, chef specials, wine pairings, and dietary options.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest feedback and complaints swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Shift coordination and lead daily pre-shift briefings
- Train junior servers, bussers, and food runners on dining etiquette, upselling, and menu knowledge.
- Inspect dishes before serving.
- Ensure side stations are fully stocked, tables are set properly, and the floor is clean.
- Inventory monitoring and report shortages to management.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and alcohol liability regulations.
