Our products include NINO, NINO-T, NINA, and NINO Home. We bring together engineering, hardware, and software to develop and deploy real-world robotic systems.

The role will primarily support procurement by sourcing, purchasing, collecting, and delivering components and materials from vendors, markets, and suppliers to the office as required. The successful candidate will also provide related operational support and, over time, may be trained in assembly and basic technical tasks based on capability, interest, and performance.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

· Source components, tools, materials, and supplies from local markets, vendors, and suppliers in Bengaluru.

· Travel locally to collect and deliver required components to the office within agreed timelines.

· Coordinate with vendors on availability, pricing, specifications, lead times, and collection arrangements.

· Compare options and support cost-effective purchasing decisions, subject to approval from the reporting managers.

· Verify that collected items match the requested specifications,



quantity, and condition; flag discrepancies promptly.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, bills, receipts, deliveries, and vendor details.

· Provide timely updates on procurement status, delays, stock availability, and any sourcing challenges.

· Follow company processes for approvals, expense claims, documentation, and protected handling of components.

· Follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements while handling tools and components.

· Preferably based in Bengaluru or very familiar with the city and its local markets, vendors, and transport routes.

· Comfortable with frequent local travel to source and collect components and bring them to the office.

· Proactive, responsive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

· Able to organize tasks, manage time, follow up with suppliers, and communicate delays or issues early.

· Careful with purchases, receipts, quantities, component specifications, and basic documentation.

· Willing to learn assembly and basic technical work over time.

· Able to work collaboratively and follow task priorities set by the reporting managers.
