We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible *Electrical/Solar Site Engineers* to join our team. Both *freshers and experienced candidates* are welcome to apply.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise solar installation and electrical works at project sites.
* Conduct site visits, measurements, and basic technical assessments.
* Coordinate with technicians, electricians, customers, and the project team.
* Monitor installation of solar panels, inverters, AC/DC systems, cables, earthing, and protection systems.
* Ensure proper quality and safety standards at the site.
* Prepare basic site reports and maintain project documentation.
* Coordinate material requirements and project progress with the office team.
* Identify and coordinate solutions for electrical/solar-related issues.
* Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.
*Eligibility:*
* Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
* *Freshers are welcome to apply.*
* Candidates with experience in solar or electrical works will be preferred.
* Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar is an advantage.
* Valuable communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to travel to project sites.
