Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures as per hiring requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Positive sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Recruitment agency/staffing experience preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
