Job Responsibilities Of SENIOR EXECUTIVE

- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.

Job Responsililities Of ASSISTANT BRANCH MANGER

- Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales and business targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and market development.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.




- Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Assist in branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and monitor sales reports and performance updates.
- Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
